These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Pinoy Automation Builder (“PAB”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By engaging PAB for consultation, installation, automation, content operations, or advertising services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not proceed with our services.

1. NATURE OF SERVICES

PAB builds structured DM conversion workflows that may include:

• Chatbot automation setup
• Lead capture and qualification logic
• Booking and follow-up automation
• ContentOps integration
• Meta Ads funnel strategy and setup
• Workflow architecture consulting

PAB does not:

• Guarantee specific revenue outcomes
• Provide legal or financial advice
• Operate your business on your behalf
• Replace your staff or internal decision-making authority

Our role is system architecture and implementation — not operational control.

2. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The Client agrees to:

1. Provide accurate business information.

2. Provide access to necessary platforms (Meta, CRM, Website, etc.).

3. Maintain active accounts and payment methods required for integrations.

4. Respond to implementation requests within reasonable timeframes.

5. Comply with all applicable advertising and consumer protection laws.

PAB is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete access, inaccurate data, or internal miscommunication within the Client’s organization.

3. NO PERFORMANCE GUARANTEES

PAB provides system design and implementation services.

We do not guarantee:

• A specific number of leads
• A specific conversion rate
• A specific revenue increase
• Approval of advertising accounts
• Platform algorithm performance

Business performance depends on multiple external variables including offer quality, pricing, sales handling, market conditions, and ad spend.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

All fees are:

• Due as stated in the Service Agreement or Proposal.
• Non-refundable once implementation has begun.
• Subject to pause if payment is overdue.

Failure to pay may result in:

• Suspension of services
• Removal of automation access
• Termination of active campaigns

Unless explicitly stated, PAB does not offer revenue-sharing or performance-based compensation.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Workflow structures, automation logic, templates, and proprietary system designs remain intellectual property of PAB.

• The Client retains ownership of their brand assets, data, and content.

• The Client may not resell, redistribute, or replicate PAB’s proprietary workflow systems without written authorization.

White-label or resale rights require a separate written agreement.

6. DATA & PLATFORM LIABILITY

PAB integrates with third-party platforms including but not limited to:

• Meta (Facebook / Instagram)

• CRM platforms

• Email services

• Booking systems

• Payment gateways

We are not liable for:

• Platform outages

• API changes

• Account suspensions

• Policy violations by the Client

• Data loss caused by third-party systems

The Client remains responsible for maintaining compliance with platform terms and local data privacy regulations.

7. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate services subject to written notice and any applicable minimum engagement period.

Upon termination:

• Ongoing automation access may be disabled.
• Hosting or system subscriptions may cease.
• Outstanding balances remain payable.
• PAB is not required to maintain or support previously deployed systems unless under an active agreement.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

PAB shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Lost profits or lost business opportunities
• Advertising account suspensions
• Client-side operational failures

Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid to PAB for the specific service rendered.

9. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of:

• Business data
• Internal workflow logic
• Strategy documents
• Financial information

Confidential information may not be disclosed without written consent, except where required by law.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.

11. MODIFICATIONS

PAB reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms will be posted on the official website.

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
